These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Agreement”) govern the use of services offered via the website
tanero.men (hereinafter the “Platform”) to individuals (hereinafter “Clients”). Services are provided by an independent provider operating under the trade name “Tanero” (hereinafter “Tanero”).
By using the Platform and booking any services, the Client confirms that they have read and fully accepted these Terms. If the Client does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they must refrain from using the Platform.
1. Description of ServicesThe Platform allows Clients to book individual online sessions focused on practical guidance aimed at potential improvements in psychological, emotional, and physical wellbeing of men, without any guarantee of results. During each session, the Client receives step-by-step instructions, recommendations, and verbal feedback from Tanero. Tanero provides all necessary materials and adjusts the Client’s actions based on verbal input. The Client bears full responsibility for executing the exercises and following the recommendations.
2. ContraindicationsBefore using the services, the Client is required to review the contraindications and recommendations listed at:
https://www.tanero.men/for_clients_ru, and confirms having done so prior to engaging with the services. Using Tanero’s services despite listed contraindications is done at the Client’s own risk.
3. Booking and PaymentSessions are booked via an online scheduling system. Payments are made through third-party platforms, including PayPal, Stripe, and any other payment systems that may be introduced or removed at Tanero’s discretion. All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed in euros. Currency conversion may apply depending on the terms of the selected payment processor.
4. Cancellations and Refunds- If a session is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the Client is entitled to a full refund.
- If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.
- If a session is rescheduled by Tanero less than 24 hours in advance, the Client will receive one additional session free of charge.
- If the Client fails to join the session within 30 minutes and did not notify of the delay at least 2 hours prior, the session is considered completed. All notifications of cancellations or delays are valid only when sent in writing via email or other communication channels listed on the Platform.
Refund requests are processed within 5 business days and are generally issued through the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
5. Privacy and DataTanero respects Clients’ right to privacy and makes all reasonable efforts to protect it, including in interactions with third-party services. Tanero does not store or analyze any personal information provided orally during the sessions.
The Platform does not collect medical, psychological, or other sensitive data. Clients may share such information verbally at their own discretion during the session. Tanero recommends using an anonymous email address and a pseudonym when booking and optionally leaving the phone number field blank.
All information entered during booking and payment is processed by third-party platforms: the scheduling system
Trafft, payment processors (
PayPal,
Stripe, etc.), email marketing provider
Brevo, and the CRM system from
Tilda. These platforms are independently responsible for protecting personal data under their respective jurisdictions and in compliance with the
GDPR.
6. Limitation of LiabilityTanero is not liable for:
- the achievement of specific outcomes by the Client, since Tanero cannot monitor the completeness and good faith of the Client’s implementation of the instructions;
- any psychological or physical discomfort resulting from the exercises;
- any consequences of disregarding the contraindications.
Tanero’s services are not a form of medical, psychotherapeutic, or clinical practice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any diseases. Tanero’s services do not replace professional medical or psychological assistance.
7. Dispute ResolutionThe parties agree to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation and mediation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court in the place of Tanero’s registration — Alicante, Spain. The applicable law is the current legislation of Spain.
8. Changes to the AgreementTanero reserves the right to update these Terms. The updated version comes into force upon publication on the Platform. Clients with active bookings will be notified by email in case of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing the current version of the Agreement.
