Premature ejaculation (PE) is a condition in which ejaculation occurs with minimal sexual stimulation—before, during, or shortly after penetration—and earlier than the individual desires. PE can be categorized as primary, present from the first sexual experiences, or secondary, developing later in life. Additionally, PE can be divided into several types:
• Ejaculation before penetration (ante-moenia);
• Ejaculation upon penetration;
• Ejaculation within 1 minute of penetration;
• Ejaculation between 1 and 2 minutes of penetration

progressive arousal disorder is the inability to modulate, regulate, or decrease arousal during any sexual activity, even with brief stops during sexual stimulation, causing unwanted ejaculation.

The refractory period in men refers to the time interval following orgasm during which they are physiologically unable to achieve another erection, become aroused, or experience a subsequent orgasm

Male multi-orgasmic ability refers to the capacity to experience multiple orgasms during a single sexual act, with a minimal refractory period between erections. Orgasms may be accompanied by ejaculation or occur without it.

After completing the course, the rest is up to your physical readiness, your partner’s condition, and the time you have available. With the skills you’ll gain through Tanero, you’ll no longer have to worry about how long your intercourse lasts—it will continue as long as you want and are physically capable of maintaining

You may see initial, vibrant, but inconsistent results within the first two sessions. Achieving solid and consistent results may require 6 to 24 sessions, depending on your physical condition, the underlying causes of PE, your overall mindset, and the quality of your homework practice assigned by your Tanero coach

With Tanero sessions held every two weeks, you may notice some initial progress within the first month. However, these early results are likely to be inconsistent and unstable. For the lasting, desired outcomes, it typically takes between 3 to 12 months

It is safe as long as you follow the guidelines of your Tanero coach. While some risks do exist, they are mitigated by our safety procedures. However, ignoring our recommendations during the course may lead to complications and health issues. Be honest with your coach, and they will support you and minimize as many risks as possible. Additionally, there are certain individuals who are not advised to attend Tanero. Please read all these instructions carefully

First of all—no one is naked during the sessions. That is important. Once again. Both a client and the coach are dressed up.

This course is not suitable for the following individuals:

• People with alcohol or drug addiction.
• Individuals with a history of sexual offenses.
• Those diagnosed with specific mental disorders, such as schizophrenia or paranoia.
• Individuals in an active depressive episode.
• Those with prostate cancer.
• Individuals who have undergone testicle(s) amputation.
• Those currently experiencing pelvic pain or hemorrhoids.
• Individuals in the active stage of erectile dysfunction (as an erection is essential for the course).
• Those with severe cardiovascular conditions or other serious health issues that may worsen with sexual activity.
• Individuals currently taking medications that interfere with sexual function or arousal.

If you fall into any of these categories, please consult a healthcare professional before considering participation in the course

Having a partner can be beneficial, but it’s not mandatory. You can achieve everything you need through solo exercises. Each approach comes with its pros and cons, but remember—solitude is not a barrier. You are more than enough
